WHY ARE CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY SHOULD NOT SIT NEAR THE EMERGENCY WINDOW??

     In aviation not all passangers allowed sit near emergency window,only pessangers in category "able body pessangers" to  allowed occupying a seat.They are the mature, healthy, have normal vision is capable of reading and being able to help the crew in the open window when an emergency.
    Passenggers sit in row of seatsnear the emergency window must be the ability and willingness to assist evacuation process when require.When emergency situation the pessangers siting in there must be alacrity to received the evauation command from cabin crew and conduct the command.They must be open the window weighing 30kg and waste,them must be alcrity for expand lifevest inircraft wing.

   Other criteria :

•  Passengers are not the people who need the help of a special,like a baby,the childs,elderly,disabled,pregnant.
